Do I need access to a gym?

No! With your time in mind, I get driving to a gym adds additional time. At-home equipment is all you need!  All of the JC Fit programs use dumbbells and resistance bands only. 

Do I get access to all of your programs?

Yes! With a JC Fit Membership, you gain access to all programs! Under the “Workouts” tab you can choose which program you’d like to begin and the start date!
